The theme of cold sunny days continued today with lots about including a clash of coots on Lodge Farm Reservoir. Also bagged were a green woodpecker, buzzard and canada geese in flight on Dudley Canal.
In a completely unrelated matter, I was walking around the wood and got chatting to an elderly couple whom it transpired used to live two doors away from my mom in Petford Street some 40-odd years ago. It definitely is a small world!
