I'm not quite sure what happened to the cool weather forecast for today as it was quite pleasant, and warm enough for 10 species of butterfly to make an appearance including this brimstone feeding on a bluebell. Also snapped were a posing nuthatch, song thrush and mistle thrush.
Butterfly watch - brimstone, comma, green-veined white, holly blue, large white, orange tip, peacock, small tortoiseshell, small white and speckled wood
