Pied Flycatcher
Thigh rubbing stuff indeed today and a first for me - a pied flycatcher. This male visited a bird box in the wood on several occasions but whether it's actually nesting remains to be seen - but it's definitely something I'll be keeping my eye on over the next few days. So fingers crossed!
