Orange Tip and Pied Flycatcher
My first visit to the wood in a week due mainly to a short break in Eastbourne and I was expecting the pied flycatcher to have moved on to pastures new. However, he's still there chirping away to his hearts content. How much longer he lingers remains to be seen. The cool fresh day also limited the butterfly numbers yet again but I did manage to snap this male orange tip. Oh for a warm sunny day...
