It has come to my attention that a housing developer, Persimmon Homes, has recently purchased the site of the former Kuehne & Nagel factory adjacent Saltwells LNR. The planning application is for 70 dwellings and, according to the signage, will be known as Saltwells Village. It'll be interesting to see what impact the development has on the wood once completed.
