Cormorant, Kingfisher, Chaffinch, Goosander and Grey Squirrel

The first of my 11-day Xmas break was both quite sunny and productive. A cormorant was snapped on Netherton Reservoir ski ramp with a kingfisher also bagged on the canal at the rear. Both a female chaffinch and grey squirrel were snapped in the wood, followed by a goosander on Bumble Hole Lake. There were about half a dozen goosanders in total but alas I spooked the lot of them when I tried to get a little too close. Oh well, better luck next time...
