Green-Veined White, Holly Blue, Canada Geese, Coot, Grey Heron and Shield Bug

A decent day but still no real warmth to bring out the butterflies. A pair of canada geese were seen on Dudley Canal escorting 13 young! Also spotted at Bumble Hole were a young coot and grey heron.

Saltwells was again devoid of any great numbers of butterflies but I did manage to photograph both a green-veined white and holly blue on the site of the former house. A shield bug was also snapped.
